3Eye is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations at our Battle Creek location. This full-time role is an important part of ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where both accuracy and efficiency matter. This person should enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and be willing to take initiative to help maintain an organized, clean, and productive warehouse.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.

• Fulfill orders in accordance with established processes and customer requirements.

• Receive incoming products and ensure accurate product put-away.

• Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.

• Enter inventory data and transactions into 3Eye’s systems.

• Use handheld scanning devices and laptops to process warehouse transactions.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Communicate effectively with managers and other team members.

• Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Punctual and dependable, with a record of reliable attendance.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to balance speed, efficiency, and quality.

• Effective communication skills when working with managers and co-workers.

• Comfortable using handheld scanning devices, laptops, and inventory systems.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
