Role Overview
The Partner Manager is responsible for driving growth through partner relationships by combining account development, enablement, and joint selling. This role focuses on influencing revenue through partners by aligning 3Eye’s solutions to their business objectives and helping them bring those solutions to market.
This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the center of the partner ecosystem, working across internal teams, vendors, and partner organizations to create and execute on opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Partner Account Development & Market Strategy
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive partner growth and expand 3Eye’s presence
- Identify new opportunities within partner accounts and align solutions to their business objectives
- Contribute to go-to-market planning across partners, vendors, and carriers
Enablement & Technical Readiness
- Enable partner sales teams with the knowledge and tools needed to position endpoint and mobility solutions effectively
- Build credibility with both sales and technical stakeholders within partner organizations
- Support trainings, demos, and ongoing partner education
Co-Selling & Pipeline Execution
- Drive joint selling efforts with partners to progress opportunities and close business
- Influence deals through collaboration, aligning resources across 3Eye, vendors, and partners
- Maintain a strong pipeline and execute against revenue targets
Partner Performance & Program Management
- Manage partner performance against goals, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Support execution of vendor programs, incentives, and initiatives within partner accounts
- Track activity, pipeline, and outcomes to ensure consistent execution and visibility
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, partner management, or channel-driven environments
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of partner-led or indirect sales models
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Highly organized with strong pipeline and activity management skills
- Deep relationships with leading OEMs, carriers, and technology vendors
- A solutions-driven approach that goes beyond traditional distribution
